JBL GRIP

The JBL Grip is an ultra-portable, handheld Bluetooth speaker designed to seamlessly fill the gap between the compact Go 4 and the larger Flip series. Shaped similarly to a standard 12 oz seltzer can for easy placement in backpack water bottle slots or vehicle cup holders, it marks JBL's first handheld speaker utilizing a dedicated native upright design. Despite its portable size, the speaker pumps out a rich 16W RMS of output power driven by a single full-range racetrack driver and dual passive radiators, leveraging an integrated AI Sound Boost algorithm to optimize frequencies in real-time and eliminate distortion at high volumes. It is highly resilient against rugged environments, carrying an industry-leading IP68 waterproof and dustproof certification while easily surviving 1-meter hard drops onto concrete surfaces. To add visual character, the back panel houses an integrated RGB ambient light strip that flashes customizable, music-synced color themes. Additionally, it supports Bluetooth 5.4 with Auracast technology for effortless multi-speaker linking, features a back-panel rope loop for hanging utility, and connects to the JBL Portable mobile app for 7-band manual equalizer fine-tuning.
