JBL Bar 1000 MK2

The JBL Bar 1000 MK2 is an ultra-premium, flagship 7.1.4-channel home theater soundbar system designed to deliver absolute spatial audio immersion without complex hardware wiring. Adopting a darker, more refined matte black finish than its predecessor, the upgraded system boosts its performance threshold to a massive 960 watts of total system peak power. The defining hardware feature is its pair of detachable, truly wireless rear surround speakers. These satellite units magnetically dock onto the soundbar to charge, but can be pulled off with one hand and placed behind your couch—delivering up to 10 hours of cable-free, physical surround sound runtime.Acoustically, the system is designed for true, multi-dimensional audio, packing four dedicated up-firing drivers (two in the main bar, two in the rears) that work with MultiBeam 3.0, Dolby Atmos, and DTS:X to bounce overhead height effects directly off your ceiling. Dialogue clarity is maintained via a highly intelligent PureVoice 2.0 algorithmic filter that isolates and elevates spoken words above chaotic sound effect mixes. To anchoring deep, low-frequency impact, the system includes a heavy, down-firing 10-inch wireless subwoofer. Beyond functions like an intimate Night Listening mode (which routes audio strictly to the rears while muting the bar and sub), it serves as a massive connectivity hub featuring three HDMI inputs and high-speed Wi-Fi 6 streaming for AirPlay 2, Chromecast, and Spotify Connect.
