JBL Bar 500 MK2 (Mark II)

The JBL Bar 500 MK2 (Mark II) is a high-performance, 5.1-channel home theater soundbar system engineered to deliver massive cinematic audio impact from a streamlined configuration. Built as a direct successor to the original Bar 500, the MK2 model boosts its performance limits to an explosive 750 watts of total system power. The main low-profile soundbar features five front-facing racetrack drivers alongside four strategically aligned tweeters that power JBL's MultiBeam 3.0 technology, bouncing audio waves off your walls to create a wide, virtual three-dimensional soundstage without needing physical rear speakers. It utilizes Virtual Dolby Atmos processing to simulate overhead spatial effects, working hand-in-hand with an upgraded PureVoice 2.0 dialogue enhancement algorithm to keep spoken speech entirely sharp and isolated during heavy action sequences. The system packs a massive 10-inch wireless down-firing subwoofer that delivers deep, thunderous room-shaking bass. For future-proof ecosystem setups, it includes a rare dedicated HDMI input alongside an eARC port, significantly reduces system audio latency, handles 4K Dolby Vision pass-through, and upgrades to high-speed Wi-Fi 6 for seamless high-resolution streaming via AirPlay 2, Chromecast, and Spotify Connect.
