JBL Bar 800 MK2 (Mark II)

The JBL Bar 800 MK2 (Mark II) is an advanced, premium home theater audio package designed to bring authentic theater-grade surround sound into the living room without messy cable management. Upgraded from its predecessor, the MK2 system operates as a true 7.1-channel system that peaks at an explosive 780 watts of total output power. The core system stands out with its two detachable, battery-powered wireless rear surround speakers. These rears lift off the edges of the soundbar with one hand, allowing you to position them behind your seating for true physical surround sound, lasting up to 10 hours on a single charge. JBL +3Acoustically, the main bar maps audio dynamically via JBL's MultiBeam 3.0 technology and Virtual Dolby Atmos to bounce immersive audio off the walls and simulate high-end overhead 3D spatial effects. Dialogue delivery is handled cleanly via an upgraded PureVoice 2.0 algorithmic filter, which sharpens real-time speech during heavy action scenes. Bass performance is powered by a thunderous, down-firing 10-inch wireless subwoofer that anchors explosive sound effects. The soundbar system also introduces an extremely practical Night Listening mode—which mutes the main soundbar and subwoofer to play audio exclusively through the detachable rears—and features high-speed Wi-Fi streaming for AirPlay 2, Chromecast, and Spotify Connect managed directly inside the JBL One App.
