01About these terms

These terms apply when you use digivanatech.com, the Digivanatech app, or buy from us online or in our shop. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to create an account or buy from us.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information, especially your phone number and delivery address, so we can reach you.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or breaking these terms.
• You can delete your account at any time. See Delete Your Account.

03Products and pricing

• All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES). VAT is added at checkout when you ask for a VAT invoice.
• We try to make sure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Colours may look different on your screen, and errors can happen.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have paid.
• Stock is limited. An item is only reserved for you after payment is confirmed.
• Discounts and hot deals last only for the time shown, or until stock runs out.

04Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order and payment has been received. We accept M-Pesa, card payments through Paystack, and bank transfer.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we cannot verify the payment, if the item is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

05Delivery and pickup

Delivery fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Info page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. The risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered or collected. Please check your items when they arrive and report any damage to us as soon as possible.

06Returns and warranty

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Return Policy. Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty, usually 1 to 2 years. The exact period is listed on each product page. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, power surges or unauthorised repairs. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

07Using the site

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not scrape or copy content or prices in bulk without our written permission.
• Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Do not post offensive content or someone else’s personal information.

08Intellectual property

The Digivanatech name, logo, site design and original content belong to us. Product names and brand logos belong to their owners. You may not reuse our content without permission, except to share links to our pages.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We will try to resolve any dispute with you directly first. If we cannot, the courts of Kenya will decide it.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
